Molly was raised and born in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional life when she was thirteen in the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Then she was nominated as an Barrymore Award nominee for her character of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production of Into the Woods. After her Broadway debut at the tender age of 15, she reprised her role and won a Drama League Award. Molly was also part of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. In 2008, she graduated with her B.A. from Princeton University. In Religion. In addition, she was a part of the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly's career continued after leaving college with various Off Broadway productions, one of the most notable was End Days by Ensemble Studio Theater. Molly was a part of numerous regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 and North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 The Diary of Anne Frank at the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly played Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production.
